The high quality of life in the area can be reached not only due to increase of comfort of the apartments, but due to creation of the possibility for diverse social contacts among the residents as well. The more contacts are possible, the more probable is the development of the social groups, to secure by that the stability of the relations, social control, self-regulation and formation of the identity.
The presented typology creates some space of the mixed property between the private one and the public one. Exactly in this mixed space is given the potential for the wide circle of contacts. Spaces – contacts: side streets > back yards > galleries for the apartment entrances > bridges which connect the space of two yards > hanging terraces above the side streets
